Hello!

Welcome to Ask a Doctor service!

I passed carefully through your X ray report and would explain that it in general normal. The exaggerated bronchovascular markings could be indicative of chronic infection / inflammation or smoking.

For this reason, I would recommend performing pulmonary function tests.

I would also like to know if deep breathing triggers the pain? This could be indicative of local musculoskeletal pain ( inflammation).

It is also important performing a resting ECG and an exercise cardiac stress test, if the chest pain is triggered by physical exertion.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

I did a normal ECG it was ok but the doctors scheduled me for an exercise test but due to corona situation everything was postponed.

The pain increase with the following:
Exercise, stressed or being angry, taking a deep breath which I can't finish it because of shortness in breath when I try to.

The pain also comes with a feeling of something strong pressing on my chest.

Could you please let me know what tests exactly I need to make?

and if this is something I need to make action immediately or can wait. Since I am a mother of 3 kids and has a lot of duties to make every day.

Thanks a lot.

My opinion as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!

Thank you for the additional information !

Based on your description, it doesn't seem to be related to the heart, as the pain is triggered by deep breathing.

So, the exercise cardiac stress test can wait.

I don't think that anything serious is going on.So, try to relax and don't worry too much about it!

I would also recommend performing pulmonary function tests, in order to exclude a possible lung disorder.

Anxiety can mimic this situation too.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

I would explain as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!

Your blood lab tests are indicative of a possible bacterial infection ( increased white blood cells and neutrophils). This could be related to your symptoms, but before considering antibiotics, I would recommend repeating complete blood count after a week, as emotional stress and pain can also increase white blood count.

There is chronic anemia, probably iron deficiency. I recommend checking iron levels and performing a Hemoglobin electrophoresis for possible thalassemia minor ( which means that you carry a gene of thalassemia). Nothing serious.

Regarding the slightly increased D-Dimmer levels, they are caused by inflammation or infection, nothing specific.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
