Question: Hello, I have a question:
Yesterday morning I showered, got a Dunkin Donuts coffee and went to work.
Shortly after I arrived at work, my lower left side of my bottom lip began to swell. It continued to swell throughout the morning and day. After work I went home and tried to relax. My bottom lip was now completely swollen, my left to right.
two hours after getting home my upper lip began to swell, my right to left. It didn't take long for my upper lip to swell completely, including the area between my nose and upper lip.
My lower lip swelling started to subside slowly, as my upper lip swelled thoroughly.

Brief Answer:
Angioodema, antihistaminic, oral steroid if required

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and it seems to be angioodema.
It is an allergic reaction of skin and soft tissues.
I would recommend you to take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg twice daily for 7 days.
If the swelling persists for another 1-2 days go to the hospital and take a short course of oral steroids.
This will help in resolving your problem.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
