Question : Hello I have been bleeding from my rectum.Ive looked online and I’ve found 2 answers.It can either be hermeroids or colon cancer I sometimes bleeds not always and it doesn’t hurt I don’t have any other symptoms other than that.

From the image attached it looks like you have haemorrhoids. Before I can guie you any further, I would like to know a few related details:

- how long since you have noticed bleeding per rectum?
- Do you bleed when you constipate?
- Any palpable mass over the anal region that comes pout while defaecating?
- Do you have any other symptoms like unexpected weight loss, frequent abdominal pains, changes in bowel habits etc
