Brief Answer:
The vein reports are normal. So, nothing to worry in that context

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Restless leg syndrome is very rarely caused due to veins.

It's more of a neurological problem with a psychological basis.

Anyways, the good part is your venous report is completely normal, and hence, we can stop thinking about it as the cause.

So what causes the restless leg?

First and foremost, it a nerve thing.
Some vitamin deficiencies, particularly B-12 and Vitamin D-3 can cause these symptoms. Calcium supplements would help.

A good sleep heals the best.
A detailed conversation with your doctor to really understand the problem and maybe targeting the cause would help us win this.

Lastly, it's not very serious and we should together be able to solve the problem.

Brief Answer:
The doppler report seems Normal

Detailed Answer:
That's what the report said.

Spontaneous and biphasic flow is the normal way of the blood flow.
So, venous sufficiency doesn't seem to cause the symptoms.

Brief Answer:
You Have Varicose Veins

Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
Sorry for being late .
The first report you had send was for Deep veins and veins in the abdomen which was normal .
Reflux happens in the Superficial veins ,
The second report , Duplex study does show evidence of reflux ,
The resultant condition is called Varicose veins .

That would For sure cause some leg discomfort particularly if you have been standing for a long time or maybe sitting on a Sofa with legs dangling for a long times. This would result in Stasis of blood in the legs which will cause swelling and sometimes Greenish visible veins in the legs .

Important aspects here .
Dont stand for long times and if sitting keep Limbs elevated .
Some exercise s help . You would have lot of Guidance on YouTube for types of exercise.
You may wear stockings .

Medicines are temporary and only take it pain or itching.

if its Severe , Your doctor may suggest getting operated .

The least invasive way is
To meet an endovascular Doctor who can treat it with laser therapy.
It's a day care procedure and many are discharged in the evening of the next day .

a General Surgeon may treat It with lighting or sometime sclerotherapy. However the same are outdated in todays Era.

Let me know if anything else is needed .
