Brief Answer:
Regarding hair fall

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and noted your concern.

Anaemia is an important cause of increased hair shedding. Since you had anaemia so that could be a precipitating factor in your case. This precipitous hair fall can continue despite iron supplementation till your body iron stores are replenishef. So, first and foremost you need to check if your CBC and serum ferritin levels are within limits of normalcy. If not, you need to be on supplements for at least 6 months. Apsr from that pay attention to your diet- it should be balanced with adequate quantities of protein, minerals, vitamins which are essential for hair. You may use minoxidil 5% solution, 1ml, twice daily on scalp. You may take an oral Biotin supplemeny once a day for a few weeks..These are all prescription medications that you must take after proper consultation after prior testing (cbc and ferrtin) and then follow up regularly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance
