Brief Answer:
Could be spasms due to posture / sliiped disc.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I am Dr Gopal Goel , Orthopedic Surgeon.
You have developed sudden onset pain in back after getting up in the evening which is not allowing you to bend forwards.
It could be spasm of muscles due to posture , slipped disc or other reasons.
For this condition I suggest you start pain killers ,muscle relaxants and physiotherapy ASAP. Don't wait for it to resolve automatically.
If there is no relief in few days , you may undergo MRI to confirm the diagnosis.
Thanks for the question. Please feel free to ask any other question.
