Hello, I Have Had Prostatitis Over The Last Year, Went

Question: Hello, I have had prostatitis over the last year, went to an urologist, took a lot of ABs and did some blood and urine tests but never got to detect any bacteria, nor did the doctor diagnosed any concrete infection. Also, by the time it started I had some reaction in my glans, like redness and some small raised bumps, and that also slowly when away, although leaving some discreet red marks. Some of the symptoms remained, such as ocasional days with redness in the urethra opening and ocasional burning, not when urinating, but in random situations, I believe associated with stress.
Now I have similar symptoms in my glans. Some red and very small but noticeable pimples/zits/bumps (1mm or less) that don't appear to be filled with liquid, don't seem to be postules, are a bit raised and not painful or itchy, the only thing I feel is an occasional burning, but I think it's because of the creams, since even hidrant creme always caused me a bit of burning when applied on the glans. I have been applying cotrimazole alternate with hidrant or baby diaper cream. It's day 4 since they appeared and the smaller ones seem to be gone but 5 or 6 are more persistant and some appear to have a small red dot in the middle, I can't say that I feel that the situation as gotten much better. As I said, no pain, no itch and I can't feel any lymph nodes on the groin, maybe a little discomfort locally, no fever, but I'm super mega anxious, have lost appetite and feel terrible 100% of the time because of anxiety... I find it strange to be trush or candida because it's mostly unilateral, my best bet would be herpes, but the lesions are very small, not painful, can't feel groin nodes, and the lesions seem dry, I have labial herpes and it's nothing like this. Finally, I haven't used any condoms and can't think of any products that could have caused dermatitis.
