Hello, I Have Just Been Feeling Pulsating In My Nose

Question: Hello, I have just been feeling pulsating in my nose (bridge) that sort of leads through a vein to the left side of my face/head/cheek.
At times its as if I can feel the blood circulating through the veins in my head.
Been off and on for 2 weeks now with no pain.
Just annoying.
Seems to be making my tinnitus worse. (Never been diagnosed with tinnitus but I've lived with ringing in ears since a child.)
No other visible symptoms. Not dizzy, not fatigued, no vomiting, no mucus and not sneezing much.

Brief Answer:
ENT doctor visit needed.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
Possibly it may come from congestion of nasal sinuses called sinusitis.
Possibly even the blockage of Eustachian tube from congestion can make the ringing in ears worse and can make you feel the congestion.
You may need to visit an ENT doctor to examine you.
You can take antihistamines such benadryl or citerizine or decongestants such pseudoephedrine to help you with symptoms.
Also you may need to do a total blood count because iron deficiency anemia may be a cause of running in ears.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
