Question : Hello I have left leg pain and my foot is pins and needles. No lower back pain but upper back pain. Side of head hurts. Is this a sign of MS? Lupus?

I have read your new question.

All these symptoms may indicate an autoimmune disorder but not Lupus or MS.

Arthritis, spondyloarthritis, with subsequent nerves impingement may cause such issues.

Since you had previous imaging investigations of your head, now it is necessary to evaluate your spine (cervical and lumbar) too.

X-rays and MRI of your spine are necessary for this purpose.

Discuss with your Doctor for these issues.
