Question : Hello, I have seen white lumps on scrotum skin and they are hard. If I squeeze them very hard some of them gets burst and white materials come out. What should I do?

Perhaps you have scrotal sebaceous cysts which are variably sized, firm to hard nodules filled with a foul smelling, cheesy sebaceous contents.
