Sorry, I'm not sure why it didn't send the rest of my question but in short in my MRI they found an "Lobulated predominantly T2-W hyperintense lesion with central low attenuation signal in the intertrochanteric region of the
left femur, like an enchondroma." To my understanding that's a non cancerous tumor on my femur. I'm wondering if thats correct.

It is a benign(non cancerous) tumour affecting the bones.
In most cases it does not require treatment.
If there is severe pain, or fractures surgical removal may be required.
In asymptomatic cases close follow up is only required. Thanks
