Brief Answer:
Hello. Prognosis is not good
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the reports. So it look like advanced stage disease. A biopsy is need to confirm and to subtype cancer. At this stage treatment will depend upon subtype and his physical fitness.
Cost will depend upon the type of cancer. Even with best of treatment, survival will be poor, say less than an year.
If treatment is not possible, then best supportive care in the form of analgesia, nutritional support can be done at home.
Thanks and regards

Hello Doctor,
Thanks for your advice. That really helped. The reports are available now. It mentions cancer type as "adenocarcinoma".
I want to know what are typical causes of this decease? My grandfather never smoked, never drunk, never consumed tobacco. Even during tea times he takes milk instead of tea. He has been maintaining this lifestyle throughout his life. He was wrestler in his youth. Till a month before he was walking 2km a day at age of 91. This is first cancer case in our family or even extended family. So we are startled. What would have the cause in general?
Is this type of cancer hereditary? Please advice.

Brief Answer:
Hello. some cancer are idiopathic
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. Some cancers are without any cause. Moreover, I don't think it is genetic as genetic and hereditary cancer tend to appear at a younger age. I would advise you to go for a HER2 testing on the tumor. If that comes positive, then a milder form of targeted therapy without any significant side effects can be given to him.
Best Regards
