Question : Hello! I recently had breast augmentation surgery. They look good but ever since then, I’ve also had headaches, blurry vision, bloating, acne. Some hormonal changes, is this normal? I’m a healthy 25 yr old and in the military. I just don’t know if it’s worth it, that it would interrupt my training, as well.

I have gone through your history and understood your concern
Some hormonal imbalance may be normal after surgery due to stress also.
You can go for training after 6 months fully but after 6 weeks you can do normal exercise.
Recovery occur in 7 days but full recovery occur in 6weeks.
