Hello, I Take 30 Mg Of Escitalopram (generic Lexapro )

Question: Hello, I take 30 mg of Escitalopram (generic Lexapro) every 24 hours, and sometimes Nexium for acid reflux. I recently purchased Juice Plus vitamins/supplements, is it safe to take with the above mentioned medications? Im asking because one time I drank grapefruit juice while taking Lexapro and got a really strange and unwanted feeling, I later read Grapefruit can intensify side effects of Lexapro. Should I expect any strang side effects from Juice Plus and is it safe? Thank you for your time.
