Question : Hello,
I've been on 5 mg Cialis daily for ED for 1 yr with good results. I have sex weekly on average and have had a few problems lately with ED. How should I approach my ED going forward? Increase to extra 5 mg as needed or drop the daily and go to a higher (15 mg?) dose as needed or what would you suggest?

Thanks for query .

Based on the facts that you have posted you seem to have been facing problem of ED and have been taking Cialis 5 mg daily for last one year with satisfactory results however you seem to face the issue of ED since very recently .

I would suggest you to take 5 mg of Cialis daily and increase the dose up to 10 -15 mg on the day of planned sexual activity .Stop Alfuzosin and observe for results .

This works in most of the patients to achieve hard erection to have pleasurable sex .

Thank you! So I should take an additional 5-10 mg on that day and skip alfuzosin that evening? I normally take Cialis at 3 pm and alfuzosin at 9:00 pm. If I skip alfozosin won't I have frequency issue that night? Thanks again. XXXXXXX
