Question : Hello I was getting oral sex after taking condom off which was too tight had a lil rash and the girl was allergic to latex and now my tip of my dick is red idk what it is it doesn't burn when pee but when I put soap on it burns a lil then it stops

I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily for 5-7 days.
Keep the area dry and clean, avoid using soap for few days and clean it with plain water.
