Brief Answer:
Go for certain tests, take biotin & calcium pantothenate supplements

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.

I would recommend you to rule out other causes of hair loss like anemia, vitamin deficiencies and thyroid disorder.

You can get your haemoglobin, thyroid function tests, serum ferritin levels, vitamin D levels and vitamin B12 levels checked as derangement of these are associated with hair loss.

Meanwhile I would recommed you to take hair supplements containing Biotin and Calcium pantothenate once daily for 8-10 weeks.

This will help in resolving your problem.

Also don’t take stress as it will aggravate your hair loss.

Regards
Dr Asmeet

Brief Answer:
Seems to be alopecia universalis, continue probiotics

Detailed Answer:
You seem to be having alopecia universalis which is a chronic immune related loss of hair follicles.
It is usually treated with steroid and other immunosuppressive medicines.
But if probiotics are helping in controlling your problem you can continue with them.
Steroidal preparations are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
