Question: Hello, I watched a show "The Doctors" last week. The topic that interested me was on essential tremors. They were saying that vitamin B1 injections have been proven to help. Can they? and where would one go to get the injections?

Hi,

A few reports revealed positive response with high doses of thiamine (vitamin B1) in patients with essential tremors. However there are no robust scientific studies to confirm this claim.

You may discuss about it and give it a try.

You may also discuss about betablocker - propronalol. It's highly effective in treating essential tremors.
