Brief Answer:
No robust studies...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

A few reports revealed positive response with high doses of thiamine (vitamin B1) in patients with essential tremors. However there are no robust scientific studies to confirm this claim.

You may discuss about it and give it a try.

You may also discuss about betablocker - propronalol. It's highly effective in treating essential tremors.

Hope this answered your question. Let me know if you need claifications.
