Brief Answer:
Need some information...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
If the problem is acute and started recently, perhaps the current symptoms may be related in intestinal infection. If the problem has been a long standing one, then may be it's due to gastritis and should respond with antacid and prokinetic medications.
Can I know how long are you dealing with the problem? Is your stomach hurting? Have you tried any of the medications suggested above?
Awaiting your response...
Regards

Brief Answer:
Infection or acute gastritis...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Your symptoms started abruptly for 4 days. Most likely it is either due to acute gastritis or a gut infection. I will suggest you try proton pump inhibitor - omeprazole / pantoprazole along with antiemetic drug - domperidone / ondansetron for a week. If symptoms don't improve, a physical consultation and an ultrasound scan will be necessary.
Your local doctor will know about these medication and test.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other specific queries.
