Question: Hello, I’ll just say my problem right a way.

I haven’t had my period over 3 months or more now, last time i think it was before june!
maybe the end of May was my last.
sometimes I do feel and get the symptoms of it and be sure it will be there tomorrow or couple of days from now and then? there’s nothing for weeks..

what could be the reasons? and I’m 22 years old not married. maybe this info helps? I dont know just saying...

yeah, and just one more thing, is it a serious problem and I probably should go to the hospital and check myself up? or It’s normal and I don’t need to go unless i’m worried and I just want to make sure am fine.

Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Need more details to help you better

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Greetings
Only information available is your age and marital status.
Was your periods regular before?
What is your weight and height?
Are you suffering from any HORMONAL ISSUES like thyroid ,prolactin and PCOS?

Most common cause other than pregnancy is HORMONAL ISSUES.
You need to check your thyroid and prolactin hormone along with an ultrasound scan to rule out any abnormalities of ovaries and uterus.
Feel free to ask your doubt with more details
