Question : Hello,
I'm 27, male, my question is the following, it has been like this since i can remember, and so far did not cause any trouble/pain during sexual intercourse. No scar, no hard stuff can be felt on penis.
My penis is slightly bent to the left when flaccid, when semi erect it is curved to the left kinda heavily (around 30-40 degree from middle of stomach). This is my main concern.
When fully erect, it straightens in way that the middle of the head of the penis is almost in line with the middle of the stomach/belly button (so from that point it is quite straight). But both side of the penis is curved. The left is only a bit curved inwards in the middle, and the right more in the middle section outwards. So it is like that a "arch" is on the right side of the penis in the middle section (but the head is still pointing kinda straight as mentioned). It seems like the chamber on the right side is way stronger on the middle part of the penis.
I attached an approximate sketch of erect penis from above.
Is this normal (both semi erect, and full erect shape)?
What could have caused it?
Thank you for your help, XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
Looks normal
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM.
Considering your description and image, this looks to me like normal variation of penis shape and various curved shapes can be present and penis is almost never perfectly straight. Only in extremely curved penis, a disorder called Peyronie disease may be considered, but this doesn't look like your case. So just relax. Wish you good health. Regards

Thank you for your quick answer!
One quick follow-up, so I should not be worried about the more curved state when semi erect if it kinda straightens when fully erect, right?
Guess it is caused how and what order vessels are filled with blood?

Brief Answer:
No worry
Detailed Answer:
You should not worry. This is normal and depends on distribution of vessels and cavernous tissue in penis. It is normal to have different curves in different stages of penis erection.
