Trying to clean up my diet an get back to the gym. Really would like to see results soon, so I can stay motivated an keep it up. Looking into testosterone replacement therapy.

                                    Brief Answer:
Do some blood tests first.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I think you should do firstly a total blood count with formula. Iron deficiency anemia may be a reason of tiredness and fatigue.
Also I think you should test thyroid balance. Hypothyroidism may cause fatigue, tiredness and pack of motivation.
Increasing physical activity is a good idea.
You are thinking about testosterone replacement therapy but this can be done only if you have low levels of testosterone.
So as a conclusion do the tests I mentioned above then take the right treatment.
Hope I have answered the question.
