Question: Hello I'm 29 195lbs 5ft 10in. Waking up tired an drained, also dragging throughout the day, with no motivation or energy. Trying to clean up my diet an get back to the gym. Really would like to see results soon, so I can stay motivated an keep it up. Looking into testosterone replacement therapy.

Brief Answer:
Do some blood tests first.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I think you should do firstly a total blood count with formula. Iron deficiency anemia may be a reason of tiredness and fatigue.
Also I think you should test thyroid balance. Hypothyroidism may cause fatigue, tiredness and pack of motivation.
Increasing physical activity is a good idea.
You are thinking about testosterone replacement therapy but this can be done only if you have low levels of testosterone.
So as a conclusion do the tests I mentioned above then take the right treatment.

Hope I have answered the question.
