Need some clarifications...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have noted you have pcos and probably trying for pregnancy. I would be in a better position to answer this query if you can answer the following questions.
1. Are your periods regular in the past?
2. When was your last menstrual period?
Based on the details provided, I cannot confirm the cause of lower abdominal pain. It may or may not be related to ovulation. We can continue this discussion after your answers to those two questions.
Awaiting your response...
Regards

                                    Brief Answer:
Too early for urine pregnancy test...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Now, things are clear. Ovulation is unpredictable in patients with PCOS. Clomiphene improves chances of ovulation. But the abdominal pain as well as faint line on ovulation kit doesn't definitely indicate ovulation; a faint line could be false positive.
That being said, it is a little early to see definitive results on urine pregnancy test kit. I'd wait a week and repeat urine pregnancy kit if cycles don't start by then. Alternatively blood beta hCG level may be performed now to check for pregnancy.
Hope this answered your question. Let me know if you need clarifications.
Regards
