Question: Hello. I'm a 33-year-old male. This is kind of an embarrassing subject for me but I have this issue with my penis. When it's erect it gets curved upright and sometimes it gets painful. I may have what's called Peyronies Disease but that didn't stop me from having sex for a while but over time I found myself being much less interested in sex and became addicted to porn. I stopped that just recently but I noticed that for the past few months when I get an erection it becomes very uncomfortable. It's as if there is some random blood flow and I can't wait for it to be over because I don't take pleasure in it. It's now hard for me to feel the tip when it's erect or flaccid unless I clench too hard. What's wrong with me?

Thanks for the query.

Based on the facts that you have posted the painful curvature of the penis that you have is mostly due to disparity in the length of the sheath (Tunica Albugenia) on the anterior and posterior aspect of penis and needs to be confirmed by clinical examination by a qualified Urologist and by a basic test of Ultrasound Scanning of Penis.

As regards to the other issues, they are possibly due to anxiety.
