Brief Answer:
Better to disclose to your partner.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.

Genital warts are chased by HPV( human papillomavirus) and it can be transmitted through sexual contact. It can cause genital warts and rarely cervical cancer in your partner.

It will be better to disclose regarding it so that your partner can take necessary precautions including HPV vaccine.

Thanks
