Question : Hello. I'm in the process of being tested for Cushings. I'm not taking any meds. My symptoms have progressed and I have daily chronic headaches, occasional nausea and dizziness, some fatigue, dry mouth and very bad breath that is coming from within, not from my mouth/gums/teeth - I have great oral hygiene and was seen by dentist in Feb 2020. I drink plenty of water but it's always there. Started about a week ago. In addition I have a XXXXXXX Hump between my shoulder blades and have gained 40lbs this past year. My cholesterol is slightly high for the very first time but BP is great. I'm starting to worry that there is an underlying cause that is causing Cushings or Cushings symtoms, like another cancer or brain tumor, or are all of these signs of Cushings and pituitary tumor? I've always been in good health but seemed to have become unwell in 3 months.

Thank you Dr. Olgeta. I have no dental issues, no acid reflux, stomach issues, etc. I take very good care of my mouth that's why thus is so puzzling to me. I'm wondering in any cancer could be causing the bad breath AND the Cushings disease.
