Question : Hello,
My Daughter is 18 months now. From last 3 days she has become very cranky .. she is crying and wailing for everything that she doesn’t get. Loudly. She was not like that. Very happy baby.
Her 2 new teeth are coming .. can that be the reason
Happened for last 3 days
Last week we did her mundan and she didn’t cry a bit in that as well. But from last 2-3 days not sure what happened. Wailing loudly for every small small thing that doesn’t go as per desires

Her altered behavior could indeed be attributed to teething. Teething or eruption of new teeth involves a non-specific pain which may make the child cranky (since they can not clearly express how they are feeling). I would insist you not to panic. Reassurance should help. You could try giving paracetamol if you feel needed.
