                                    Brief Answer:
Urticarial vasculitis or erythema multiforme, answer few questions,
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query.
It could be either urticarial vasculitis or erythema multiforme.
I need to ask you few questions:
Is there any history of fever, sore throat, cough, loose motions, abdominal pain, burning in urination prior to the eruption?
Is there history of any medicine intake prior to the eruption?
What is the duration of the spots?
Are these transient or permanent?
If possible upload the pictures of the affected areas under the report section of the site so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly.
Regards
Dr Asmeet

There are no eruptions. This is all under her skin. Has spread to the other leg. The coloring kind of looks like giraffe spots, brownish and spotted. No pain or discomfort. No stomach problems, or fever or sore throat. She did have a UTI that the Dr. gave her antibiotics for around the time that they showed up. I cannot find a way to attach pictures here.

                                    Brief Answer:
Livedo reticularis
Detailed Answer:
I have gone through your history and reviewed the attached photographs.
It seems to be livedo reticularis which is a net like pattern of discoloration associated with disturbance in blood flow.
It can be due to idiopathic or associated with underlying vascular flow disturbances like vasculitis, connective tissue disease, infection.
I would recommed you to keep it under observation for 7-10 days.
If it doesn’t improve in a week’s time consult a doctor and get it evaluated clinically and by laboratory tests.
