Brief Answer:
Degenerative changes in spine and knees.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
I have seen the reports on e.mail. The knee joints show mild osteoarthritic changes that happen due to wear and tear of the joint. These are age related degenerative changes in the knees. Regular joint lubricant supplements and physiotherapy exercises can help in preventing any further deterioration in the knee joints.
The lumbar spine shows mild loss of curvature due to bad posture and muscle spasm and there is mild disc degeneration. This is also an age related degenerative change in spine. There is no nerve compression noted. Regular exercises will help in maintaining the tone of back muscles. Oral muscle relaxants can help if there is any pain.
Regards.
