My husband left testicle is really hurting him up to his groin. What should we do. We are on vacation currently.

The symptoms of your husband can be related to minor injuries at the area.

Another possible cause can be testicular torsion.

I suggest to give him an anti inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day.

I also suggest to apply cold compresses at the area of pain.

If the symptoms continue, I suggest to go in the emergency room for further evaluation.

An ultrasound of the scrotum may be needed to confirm the diagnosis and take proper treatment.
