Hello, My Name Is Vasilije And I Am A 19

Question: Hello, My name is Vasilije and I am a 19 years old guy. I have had for quiet some time now(3-4 years maybe more) these unusual swellings on my hand fingers. I have been to dermatologists and various types of doctors and they really dont know what causes it. They checked my blood, x-ray, mr scanner and the results came fine and on the x-ray it didnt show any kind of ossification or anything like that. Theres just swellings that are a bit dry, not really to soft but then again not hard.Idk if its really slowly getting worse(meaning the swellings getting bigger) or maybe i am imaganing, but the fact is they are there. Doctors told me they are not sure what it is but doesnt seem to be dangerous so I should be fine. Also if i scratch the middle finger on my right hand(the one thats swollen the most) i feel like my finger goes numb or smth like that for a sec , then it goes back to normal feeling(its not that they are itching me its just i sometimes scratch it for no reason). Ik this is prob not the place to ask for help in my situation as u would prob have to examine it yourself to get the idea of what it might be. I came here just for an advice of what should i do because the whole doctors excursion was about 2 years ago and i just said welp i give up. But then again any kinda of advice would be nice.
