Hello. My Name Is XXXXXXX I Am A 46 Year

My name is XXXXXXX I am a 46 year old female with controlled type 2 diabetes, 190lbs, 5'10". I have had Nausea and loss of appetite for a month now. Since I am unable to eat, I throw up mostly bile. Green or dark orange/yellow. I haven't had a bowel movement in over a week due to not being able to eat or if I do try something light and small portion I have been unable to keep much if anything down. I did have my gallbladder removed without issue 19 years ago after my third baby. I take 1.5mg Ozempic once per week for diabetes down from 2mg about 6 weeks ago. I have been on it for about 4 months. I also use Elitriptan, Tylenol 3 or Advil as needed on accession for migraine. I had the flu shot when it came out approximately 1.5-2 weeks ago. I have lost 15 pounds this past 30 days and I am feeling so run down. I have lost a total of about 70 pounds in the past year.
I am unsure if this is at all related but menstrual cycle has changed in the past three months. I have always been very regular since age 14 with a 6 day cycle every 28 days. My past three cycles have been off. Started with it coming after 50 days late and lasted 1 day very light. I have had a tubal ligation and my husband had a vasectomy about 15-20 years ago. Next cycle came after 13 days lasting 4 days quite light then 23 days later I had a very heavy period lasting 8 days.
I have a doctor appointment for Monday with a doctor filling in for my family doc of 24 years. I feel awful and could sure use some guidance as to what I can do to help myself disrupt this committing and feeling of malaise and if I am ok to wait for Monday to see a doctor. I am definitely dehydrated but not severely yet. Please, any advice you can offer would be so appreciated.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to Ask a Doctor. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
With you not able to keep anything in your stomach, I am concerned that your diabetes is out of control. You are correct about concern over dehydration.
Yellow vomit is a sign of intestinal blockage.
These are signs of serious conditions.
PLEASE do NOT wait. Go to the nearest ER as soon as possible! So you can be diagnosed and treated before your condition worsens.
Hope I have answered your queries. If you have any further questions, I will be happy to help.
If there are no more questions, close the discussion and go immediately to ER!.
