Question : Hello, My wife had a fungal vaginal infection. She went for a check up and the doctor advised the below attachment prescription. However, after the medicine intake she is having continuous loose motion and stomach ache. what should be our next course of action ??

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

In this kit, there are 4 tablets. which ones has she taken yet?

Some of these cause temporary loose motion while fluconazole can cause permanent diarhea like state. So if she has not taken fluconazole, then she should avoid it.

Currently this will recover on its own as its a side effect of medicine. It is about restoring the normal flora. So she can take Enterogermina suspension, 1 tbsp per day for 3 days. Or any other probiotic can be taken.
Drinking ORS in clean drinking water from RO system will help.
