Quick question I cannot take Advil is it ok if I took one tylnol Thursday night one last night and one tonight almost one in 24 hrs .

It is okay to take a Tylenol at this time. It is entirely safe to take 1tablet of Tylenol 650mg every 8hours as needed. Given how you have been taking this, it is safe to take another.
