Question : Hello Sir,

My father is addicted to tobacco for last 35 years. He is not willing to quit but me and my mother want him to quit. Please help how can we proceed?

Can you please let me know some more details about his tobacco addiction such as...how long he has been started?? -- around 40 years back. At his age of 25
Mode of consumption? -- Tobacco chewing typically we call "mawa" in XXXXXXX it contains tobacco,beetelnut. He keeps in his mouth whole day and keep spitting whole day
If cigarettes...how many per day??? - No ciggarattes ma`m
Any other substance abuse like alcohol?? No alcohol ma`m

For relapse prevention, he has to be added with anti craving agents like topiramate.
