Question : Hello Sir, we are looking for a second. baby (already have one of 9years)my wife is 35 and i am 39. my wife not able to sustain for the second baby. her periods come for 30 days Nd if we have inter course, she usual get on the 41st day. when we checked with the doctor, they said that overies are small. please advise us a surgical free treatment with which she can be ok. my wife put up weight of 12kg since my 1st babay born.

Please elaborate on the details of investigation and also the suggestions given by your doctor. I have seen the attached photo but could not make out anything as it is not clear.

Please upload reports. I would like to know if antral follicular count was done. This is essential to know the potential for conception. Also, other investigations like tubal patency, pelvic/transvaginal sonogram, hormone profile, blood counts, urinalysis, male factor assessment etc., should be done to determine the cause. Further management can be planned accordingly.

The variation in the menstrual cycle is normal within a range of a week but suggests abnormality beyond that. Management of weight through diet and exercise can help a lot.
