Question: Hello,
This question is for Dr. XXXXXXX Wankhede, an orthopaedic surgeon.
Dr. Wankhede, I am a resident in Canada who has used and continues to use HCM for
my medical needs. I would like to establish a connection with an orthopaedic specialist in
knee problems which I currently have in my left knee. Would you consider yourself as a knee
specialist? Also, can you interpret a knee MRI?
I look forward to your reply.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Details below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
I have seen the attached report. A small sbchondral fracture that has been mentioned does not need any active treatment. It will heal on its own by avoiding the stressful and painful activities of the knee. The mild subcutaneous edema- means swelling under the skin and popliteal cyst and small effusion - all these changes are related to mild inflammation of the joint. This can be treated with mild pain killers and anti inflammatory agents and physiotherapy after the pain subsides. The swelling will gradually decrease.
Hope my answer is helpful.
