Brief Answer:
Temporomandibular joint disorder.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear , welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I think you should be examined by a dentist and also an xray or MRI of temporomandibular joint is needed.
Meanwhile you can use antinflamatory drugs such advil to reduce swelling.
Use ice compresses to reduce swelling.
You can eat yoghurt, mashed potatoes, vegetable and fruit pure in order not to move the joint too much and let it rest.
Also avoid extreme movements and chewing hard food and chewing gum.

Hope I have answered the question.
