Question : Hello back. For a few days have had horrible stomach and back aches (mid back)---with a lot of belching. Had a chiropractic treatment yesterday that has helped my back. Today I feel achy in upper rib cage (front) and back aches (under right should blade) too. When I breathe deeply I fee the achiness front and back.

What you describe sounds like gallstones, especially if the pain lasts from minutes to hours while you feel like no position of your body helps with the pain.

If you do not have a fever, I suggest you try with an NSAID painkiller (eg. Tylenol) and have liver function tests and an ultrasound of your liver and gallbladder.
