Question: Hello, before 4 weeks i suffered from spasm on my right thigh and i took MYOSPAZ MR under medical advice. But due to lock down my doctor is not available hence i tried with CAPSICUM PLASTERS and left it for 3 to 4 days then it started burning slightly and still i applied VIOLINI SPRAY, DICLOFENAC OINTMENT ETC., which worsened and ended up with severe burning on upper thigh with swelling and pain. Then i consulted doctors online and they suggested for

Week 1 - MOMATE XL CREAM
LEVOCETZINE

Week 2 - MOBIZOX
PREGABALIN

Week 3 - AUGMENTIN 625 DUO
CROCIN 500

Thanks for the query.
The symptoms and signs are suggestive of contact dermatitis or allergic reaction to capsicum plasters.
You can continue mometasone cream after washing with large volume of clean water. Oral drugs prescribed by your doctors will provide symptomatic relief from pain and will prevent infection as well.
Nothing much to worry and your treatment is in the right track.
Generally the symptoms will settle in couple of days.

Hello Sir,

Thanks for your answer to my query but still i am suffering with same burning pain and all my medicines are over.pls suggest treatment and that is the reason for visiting HCC to seek medical assistance

Over the counter available analgesics like ibuprofen or diclofenac can be taken.
