Sudden appearance of floaters and blood vessels could indicate impending or partial retinal detachment.

This is an emergency and needs to be addressed at once to prevent further damage.

It could also be due to a bleed inside the vitreous which could be due to sudden spike in blood pressure.

This also needs to be addressed soon.
