Brief Answer:
There are mild degenerative changes in the lower lumbar vertebrae

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

The images given are showing coronal section MRI of the abdomen T2 images.

The visualised parts of the liver, spleen and both kidneys are normal in size. There is no obvious lesion.

The visualised bowel loops are normal and not dilated.

The visualised vessels are normal.

There are mild degenerative changes in the end plates of likely L4 and L5 lumbar vertebrae to the left of the midline and might cause mild lower back pain.

Please let me know if you are having any particular symptoms of the abdomen and back area.

Regards,
