Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for asking on Ask A Doctor platform
I have gone through the query and do understand your concern.
Transient change in feeding pattern can be seen due to regurgitation, abdominal discomfort or change in gut microbiota.
I suggest you to continue breast milk(direct or expressed) and junior lanzol (helps in decreasing regurgitation).
Change the formula to lactose free one like isomil(soy based) as lactose intolerance also causes abdominal discomfort and excess gas formation.
Give Biogaia Protectis (lactobacillus reuteri) drops 5 drops a day for 6 weeks as it helps in maintaining healthy gut flora.
Give colicaid/colimax drop 10 drops twice a day for 10 days as it helps in decreasing abdominal discomfort caused by excess gas or colic.
I won't get overly worried as you said that the frequency of urine is good and it shows that the hydration status is fine.
I hope these measures will help.
Please let me know if you have any more doubts.
Best regards
