* The headache since 1 week may be related to various possible conditions
as alteration in blood pressure, inadequate sleep, stress, sinus infection or
else.

Kindly provide me further details so that I can answer your query completely.

1. Is headache diffuse or local to particular portion ?
2. Associated fever, nausea, alteration in appetite if any ?
3. Recent stress episodes or altered sleep ?
4. Associated spinning , vertigo or other symptoms if any ?
5. Past history of any similar episode ?

Till the time you revert with details, tablet paracetamol ( 500 mg ) can be consumed safely for primary relief.
