Question : Hello doctor,
I took an emergency contraceptive pill, Postinor- 2 72 hours after unprotected sex and 2 days before my predicted ovulation according to my menstrual cycle app. However, I had unprotected sex again today, which is only a day after my predicted ovulation. However I am not sure whether I ovulated at all or not. Is it safe to take the Postinor- 2 again? This would mean I would be taking it more than once in the same week.

Brief Answer:
It is not good but can be the only way.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
Postinor2 is recommended to be used only once in a month or rarely.
It is not a good idea to take another pill since you took took it a day ago but you risk to get pregnant and taking another pill is the only way to do it.
You should think for another contraception method for next upcoming months.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
