Question : Hello doctor! I want to ask something about my 13 month old year girl. Today while eating ive cream I gsve her to taste a litle tea spoon. now after about 5 hours i see that around her neck it is a little irritated cause she continues to scratch. It seems like the burning of sun but only around the neck. may it be an allergic reaction and if it is so what should I do? thank you

She could be having either Miliria which is a heat rash or it could be an eczematous dermatitis. I request you to kindly upload a few images of the affected area in "reports section" so that I am able to have have a look and guide you accordingly.
