Question : Hello doctor . My penis has light red very small area inside on the head (if I pull the skin back) and edge of penis there is a small sting like irritation. And I have been applying coconut since 2days and it kindoff feels better. But I guess masturbation is making it bad again. After masturbation there is a white yeast kind of thing which I clean completely . Please tell solution for this infection. In a detailed way on how to apply any creams or oral tabs
