Question : Hello doctor
My son, 21 yrs, is suffering from seborrheic dermatis since last three years. Recently after typhoid and antibiotics his seborrhea has become severe. Please advice topical treatment since he is still taking taxim o and azee 500. Also can he use selsun blue?

I have gone through your query.
I would recommend you to apply ketoconazole shampoo twice weekly along with lotion containing beclomethasone and clotrimazole on the affected twice daily for 2-3 weeks.
This will have in improving his condition.
Yes he can use selsun blue.
