Unable to assess with the trouser...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am unable to have assess his limbs with the full trousers. Can you upload a better picture?
1. Is he able to walk without any difficulty and without a limp?
2. Does the knee join against each other when he stands erect in an attention position?
3. Does the feet touch against each other?
4. Is his feet lie flat and touching the ground while standing?
Please provide answers to these questions too.
Awaiting your response....
Regards

                                    Brief Answer:
It seems fine to me...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the attachment. I went through the pictures. Further you say that his walking and gait is normal. So in my opinion there is nothing significantly wrong. I don't feel there is any abnormal curving or defect in his leg.
If you still otherwise, feel free to visit an orthopedician. The doctor can carefully examine the entire limb - spine, hips and the entire limb including foot.
Hope this helped. Let me know if you need clarifications.
Regards
