Question: Hello doctor. Thank for your care. (1) I have a urinary tract infection. I concerned about what antibiotics to take as I read online that there is resistence to antiobiotic. doctor said amikocin but wasn't sure. are some better than others? (2) is it possible to give uti infection to my wife? is it sti. (3) i also have one more question about semen and the sperm inside. we were having sex with some cloths on, both in underwear, and i had pajama pants. i was just wondering if sperm can go through all that and make her pregnant. i also see mixed opinion on the internet. i know not very likely to happen, however is sperm strong enough? semen got cloths little wet, but hers wasnt soaked

The proper treatment for UTI is to get urine culture done and take appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

As regards your doubt about pregnancy resulting from sex with cloths on it is most unlikely as pregnancy results when adequate amount of semen is deposited in vagina which is possible only with Penetrative intra vaginal sex.
